Nutrition is a key and vital part of becoming the healthiest, happiest, fittest you. That is why I offer my clients nutrition guidance as well as healthy cooking classes.

My home gym offers extra convenience to those in the immediate community and surrounding neighborhoods, and is a low intimidation atmosphere for those that struggle with the gym environment. With it's minimalist setup of just the essentials you will learn and see that you can achieve big results without large equipment and hype.

How To Get Started

  • Book a New Client Consultation session with me.
  • Come in and we will chat about your goals, get to know each other, and do a mini workout session and get you started on a plan that will work for you.

I believe in setting up realistic changes and goals for my clients to give them the confidence they need to continue to live healthier stronger lives long term.

Sessions are paid for in person at the time of your appointment. Session packages are available for purchase online or in person and are encouraged so that you can make the commitment to accomplish your goals without locking yourself into times, monthly fees, or use it or lose it deals. You can then workout at the frequency that is right and recommended for you and what you are looking to achieve, assuring that you do not "burn out" before you meet your goals.

I myself lost the majority of my weight by working out 2 days a week for 30 minutes a session. Once I became comfortable with that I added 1 day a week of cardio for 30 minutes at home and continued progressing from there. I am living proof that you can get big results without spending your life in the gym.

  • Welcome folder with nutrition 101 information cards, an at home cardio workout, service brochure, and everything else you need to get started training with me will be given to you at your complimentary consultation.

  • All workout sessions will be made available to you.
  • I am available to chat with my clients anytime about their nutrition and health questions or concerns via phone call, text, or email.

  • Access to any online videos, recipes, or materials I develop.
